Stock, sales, suppliers and patient names belong to your shop alone. Here is how we keep it that way.
Your shop is sealed off
Every pharmacy has its own private space. The database itself refuses to return another shop’s rows, even if the app made a mistake. We test this automatically with 1,000 shops working at once.
Our team does not see your data
Our admin tools show only billing details: shop name, owner email, plan and payment status. They have no screens for your medicines, sales, stock or patients.
Passwords stay secret
Passwords are stored only as one-way hashes. Nobody, including us, can read them. Reset links expire and work once.
You decide who gets in
Create staff logins with exactly the permissions you choose. Remove access in one click when someone leaves.
Device limit
Basic includes 1 device and Pro up to 3. Unknown devices cannot sign in once the limit is reached, and you can remove old devices at any time.
Every change is recorded
Price edits, stock adjustments, returns and logins are written to an activity log only the owner can see.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between Basic and Pro?
Basic covers daily work for a single-counter shop: GST billing with printed invoices, medicines and barcode scanning, stock with batch and expiry, receiving, suppliers, returns, low-stock and expiry alerts, and the rack location on each medicine. It includes 1 staff login and 1 device. Pro adds invoice PDF download, find by composition and alternatives, the rack map, purchase orders with automatic reorder drafts, reports, the activity log, medicine photos, up to 5 staff logins and 3 devices.
How long can I buy a plan for?
Basic and Pro are each available for 1 year or 2 years. The 2-year plans cost less per year. Paying again before your plan ends adds the new time after your current end date.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You get 3 days with every Pro feature after you verify your email. No card is needed. If you buy before the trial ends, the trial days left are added to your plan.
Can I upgrade from Basic to Pro later?
Yes, any time from the Subscription page. You only pay the price difference for the days left on your Basic plan, and your end date stays the same.
Can I move from Pro to Basic?
Yes, when your Pro plan ends you can renew on Basic. While Pro is still running, Basic cannot be bought, so you never lose paid Pro time. Your data is kept; Pro-only screens simply lock until you upgrade again.
Are there special offers?
Sometimes. Limited-time deals appear at the top of this page with a countdown. The price shown when you start paying is the price you pay.
Is there a refund or cancellation?
No. Please use the 3-day free trial to check everything before paying. Once paid, a plan is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. It stays active for the full period and never renews or charges you automatically.
How do I pay?
Pay online through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets), or by bank or UPI transfer and share the reference with us for confirmation.
How many devices and staff can we use?
Basic: 1 device and 1 staff login. Pro: up to 3 devices and 5 staff logins. You can see and remove devices from the Staff page. Contact us if you need more.
Can the MediInventory team see my medicines or sales?
Our admin tools only show billing information such as your shop name, owner email and plan. They do not show your stock, sales, purchases or patient names. We do not sell or share your data.
What happens when my plan ends?
Your shop becomes read-only: you can still see all your data but cannot make new bills until you renew. Nothing is deleted.
